Now that you have made the quinoa, what do you DO with it? You can do so many things with it. My favorite thing to do is to cook it in advance and store it in my fridge in a tupperware. I scoop it onto a salad to add some protein for my lunches. I also love adding it to spaghetti sauce to beef it up, and stuffing bell peppers with it. It's fantastic in casseroles, and once you have cooked a big batch, you will find the possibilities are truly endless. So go ahead, try it. You will be glad you did!
