Well, hellooooo tank top season. Yep, it's almost here whether you like it or not y'all. So, let's get those babies ready to rock by kicking off summer with a not-too-hard or crazy 21-day (3 week) arm sculpting challenge. Yes, I will be doing it with you and I plan on taking before and after pics so I can admire my hard work. So, what do you say? You with me? All you need is a set of dumbbells, I recommend 5-10lbs, but if you are not quite ready for dumbbells, you can start with two water bottles.
