This dish is always a total winner for our family because my husband goes crazy for it and my toddler literally licks her plate! I served this with a side salad and it was delicious. I told my toddler it was "pizza" and she ate every bite! My husband already asked if we could have it again next week! And side note, you can make this a margherita style pizza bake as well, and it is equally yum! Simply use fresh basil, mozzarella, and fresh roma tomatoes.
